We are located in Buenos Aires, Argentina (South America)

We are perfectly able to ship worldwide. (Since we have been doing so for many years)
 
Which shipping methods are available?
 
Our orders can be shipped through two different shipping methods:
 
Standard Air Mail Shipping:
This is the Argentinean Air Mail shipping source, it ships items perfectly!!!
Once the package is sent, time stipulated for you to receive it will be from 10 to 15 days approx.
It is a great method to deliver items and although it doesn’t have a tracking number, it works most efficiently.
Due to weight reasons we use this shipping method only for some costumes without boots or accessories or just boots or some props.
Just take a look in the Site and you will realize which item can be shipped with this method.
 
Private Courier Service:
This is the fastest and safest way to send the costume/s with the boots and props to your country. It will take about 4 to 7 days to arrive.
We used to offer other shipping methods in the past but we realized that this is the best way to send the costumes with the boots and props!
 
 
 
When are orders shipped?
 
Allow 7 days from the time payment and size confirmation is received for costumes in stock. 
Tailor- made costumes take longer and we will specify shipping date.
 

 

How much does shipping cost?  
 
Shipping costs depend on the parcel weight and on destination. You can check shipping costs on each individual item.
If you would like to combine several items, please contact us and we will confirm shipping costs or just order the items you like and we will send you a total combined shipping.
Multiple items can be combined to reduce shipping costs.
   
How do I Order?
   
Whenever you add an item to your cart, a shopping page will appear with the item added, its price and a link to check shipping methods and costs of that specific item.
You will have the option to go back to shopping or to go to the checkout.
If you decide to go back to shopping you can add all the further desired items . At that moment the page won’t calculate total amounts of items added and their shipping costs.
Shipping costs will not be higher than the one stated but instead it can be cheaper if multiple items are selected for it could be combined. Final costs of items and shipping appear at check out!
(Remember that combined items will be arranged with us)
After you have selected all the desired items please go to the check out and fill all the required fields and have them sent to us. We will then contact you to confirm availability and shipping prices, if several items are acquired and they can be combined. We DO NOT charge directly on the website but instead we receive your order through it and then move forward once the order has been made.
   
How do I determine if a costume is a correct size?
 
Take a look at the costume description; there you will be able to see a range from the smallest person to the biggest person to wear that costume. Most of the times we will have different sizes for each costume and the size range between the smallest and the biggest person includes the different sizes (Not just one size).  If you think that you will be a special size just let us know before ordering the costume you are looking for.
Before we send you the costume you order, we will send you a complete list of measurements and a graphic for you to provide the correct info to us. This way we will be sure that this costume will fit you perfectly without any problem!
If there is a slight size problem we will correct the costume for you without any charge. This will take some time. In most of the cases it will not take more than a month. But we will let you know how long it will take when we tell you the delivery date.
 
How do I know if my costume is in stock?
 
If you are interested in a certain item, please order it through our website filling the necessary form and we will then contact you to confirm availability. We do our best to have the costumes in stock but some times of the year we receive large orders and we run out of items.
Anyway, all of the items of this web site are available; it will only change the delivery time if we don’t have them in stock!
 
What forms of payment do you accept?
 
Paypal.com:
Just send the Total to molalfa@yahoo.co.uk! This is the safest way to send the payment for the item you are ordering!
 
Western Union and Money Gram wire Transfers:
Both services are remarkable and speedy methods to send instant payment using your credit or debit card. In the first case, payment can be perfectly sent online:  you will have to enter www.westernunion.com and follow the instructions in order to send a Western Union Wire Transfer and fill in the form with the information we will provide you with.
Money Gram Transfers are also completely recommended, they have a service similar to Western Union for sending online Transfers at www.moneygram.com (usually MoneyGram is cheaper than Western Union).
 
When do I make payment?
 
Once your order is placed we will contact you to confirm availability. After this we will expect to receive payment within 10 days. Otherwise, we will not be able to save the ordered costume.
