We ship worldwide to over 200 countries.


Which shipping methods are available?

Our orders can be shipped through two different shipping methods: Standard Air Mail Shipping or Private Courier Shipping.

Items could be shipped by any of these methods, depending the weight and size of them they will be shipped in one or more packages of the Standard Air Mail Shipping or in a Bigger package of the Private Courier Shipping.

Depending the item you order we will use the most convenient and cheaper method for delivery it.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world.

This web site just provide to the client the best shipping method for any item so just feel free to make your checkout after putting the correct country where you like the item to be send.

Anyway, if you will like to make an upgrade on the shipping just let us know and we will ask you for the difference to your order after checkout has been made.

Know that import duties and fees are your responsibility to pay at your Country Customs.

From time to time some delays may occur. In this unlikely event, please note that we always put quality first! We treat each and every product and order as if it were our very own, so quality will always come before speed of production.

We have an excellent customer service where we will always inform the status of the order and where you can contact us at any time to ask anything you need in relation to the shipping of your item.


Standard Air Mail Shipping: 

This is the Argentinean Air Mail Postal Service, we had been using it for more than 10 years now and with the best results!!!


Once the package is sent, time stipulated for you to receive it will be from 10 to 15 days approx.

Once it gets into your country it will twist into your national postal service.

It is a great, safe & cheap method to deliver items and has a tracking number.


Private Courier Shipping: 

This is the fastest way to send any of the costumes, boots or props we produce to your country. It will take about 3 to 5 days to arrive depending where you live.

It has a tracking number and if they don’t find you at home or work they will call you by phone to arrange the delivery.


It’s much more expensive but a great shipping method.


How are shipping charges determined?

Shipping charges are determined by the weight and size of the items you order, plus the safer and cheaper way to send it to your country.


In order to receive immediate estimated shipping charges please add the items to your shopping cart and select the country that it will be shipped to.


Custom and duty charges will vary by country and is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay any additional fees upon delivery.


Shipping Charges are not refundable..


Combining Shipping

Yes! We can combine orders to reduce shipping cost. If the orders have not shipped, we will combine them and refund the extra shipping you already paid for multiple items purchase into our web site.


Import Duty, Fees & Taxes

International import duties and fees are your responsibility to pay. These are not included in shipping cost. These are not shipping charges. These are taxes imposed on you by your government, at their sole discretion. Check with your government's customs agency to learn how much they will charge you. We will not accept returns because you didn't know you'd have to pay government taxes and fees to claim your package.


Custom and duty charges will vary by country and is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay any additional fees upon delivery.


Importing Illegal Items

We do not know the import regulations of every city, state, or country. It is your responsibility to know your local laws concerning the items you wish to import. You assume the responsibility for the items you try to bring into your country.


When are orders shipped?

Allow 2 days from the time payment and size confirmation are received for costumes in stock.

Tailor-made costumes take longer and we will specify shipping date.

We are located in a remote area where overnight shipping is not available.

If you absolutely need to have something before a certain date just send us an email asking us if we can make it on time before placing your order, we try to get everything out as quickly as possible but delays do happen. So if we promise you that the item will be on time for the date you need it and this doesn’t happens we will give you a full refund

All international shipments, are subject to inspection, hold, or complete seizure and cruel destruction by your government's customs agency.

If this happens we will send you a new item for free.


How do I Order?

Whenever you add an item to your cart it will appear in the shopping cart web page.

Then you will have to put choose the country where you would like the item to be send.

After this you will be able to see the correct total.

Then you will have the option to go back to continue shopping or to go to the checkout.

If you decide to go back to shopping you can add all the further desired items . At that moment the page will calculate total amounts of items added and their shipping costs.

Shipping costs will not be higher than the one stated but instead it can be cheaper if multiple items are selected for it could be combined. Total costs of items and shipping appear at check out!

(Remember that the discount for combined items will be arranged with us after the Check Out)

After you have selected all the desired items please go to the check out and fill all the required fields, then the web site will give you the option of send the payment though Paypal or Payoneer by a safer way.

In order to receive immediate estimated shipping charges please add the items to your cart and select the country that it will be shipped to. Please note this charge does not include duty or custom taxes that will be charged separately and due upon delivery by the Customs of your country.

You will be able to provide payments via Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express by using Paypal or Payoneer or with funds from your balance.

All payments will be charged in US Dollars.


When do I make payment?

Once your order is placed just proceed to checkout and the system will give you the option of using Paypal or Payoneer where you will be able to send the payment in a safe way.

All Orders must be paid in full before delivery


Will I get an email confirming my order?

Yes, once your order is processed and confirmed you will receive an email telling you that your order had been placed. Your Order Confirmation is sent to the email address that you enter in your order so please be sure that it is correct and up to date. If you have email spam blockers or other similar software, please check to be sure your order confirmation from Action Costumes has not been flagged. You will also receive a separate email from PayPal or Payoneer confirming your purchase through their system.


How do I determine if a costume is a correct size?

Take a look at the costume description; there you will be able to see a range from the smallest person to the biggest person to wear that costume. Most of the times we will have different sizes for each costume and the size range between the smallest and the biggest person includes the different sizes (Not just one size). Even if you think that you will be a special size just place your order with confidence cause all the costumes we produce could be made tailored to the size of the client and if there could be an exception it will be detail in the description of the item.

Tailored Costumes doesn’t cost more than a standard size, they just take longer to be made and delivery.

We do only produce Adult Costumes and we do not make Costumes for Children.

Before we send you the costume you order, we will send you a complete list of measurements and graphics for you to provide the correct info to us. By this way we will be sure that this costume will fit you perfectly without any problem!

If there is a slight size problem we will correct the costume for you without any charge. This will take some time. In most of the cases it will not take more than a month casue the shipping time. But we will let you know how long it will take and arrange with you how to send it back and when we will send you the costume corrected.

The measurements on the size charts are for the person wearing the costume, these are not the measurements of the costume itself.

We had been using our measurements charts for more than 10 years now and with great results but if in any case it could be a size problem we will correct the item for free. We work really hard to get our clients satisfaction and this is the most important thing to us.

To avoid ordering the wrong size garment, please accept the following tips:

We provide you with accurate size measurements charts with a graphic. Buy or borrow a cloth tape measure and have someone measure you. Don't guess, or order based on the size of other costumes. Our costumes are cut differently than what you buy at a retail store.

If you don’t agree to use our measurements charts we will not accept any responsibility if the costume doesn’t fit you perfectly, this includes “Ready to ship” and “Tailored Made” Costumes.

We'll go through sizing together, and based on the details you give us we will not let you buy the wrong size.


How do I know if my costume is in stock?

If you are interested in a certain item and you need it for a specific day you can always look for it into the “Ready to Ship” section of the web, if it is there it means that we have it in stock in the sizes it says in the description. We do our best to have the costumes in stock but some times of the year we receive large orders and we run out of items.

Anyway, all of the items of this web site are available; it will only change the delivery time if we don’t have them in stock or if they have to be made to a specific size!

We do not accept checks or money orders at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Do you offer a Payment Plan?

Yes, we do offer payment plans!

Any purchase of u$d 300 or more automatically qualifies for the Payment Plan option. In other words, as long as your Shopping Cart purchase is for a total amount of u$d 300 or more then you will be able to access to a Payment plan.

When purchasing through our Payment Plan, the entire purchase consisting of the selected product/s & shipping rate are added to one final total and equally divided into 2 or 3 monthly instalments.

In other words, your entire order is divided into 2 or 3 equal monthly payments.

In all of the cases we will ship the item once the payment has been paid in full.

By this way you will be able to afford some costumes that by other way it could be impossible to do it or you can win more time instead of waiting to save all the money and then placing your order.

You can send the first payment to start the construction of your costume and continue paying for it meanwhile we are already constructing it.

The first payment will be made to start the construction of your item and then every month until you cover the complete total.

So if you had been thinking in getting one of these great items and you think you can’t afford them now you perfectly can do it!!

We guarantee you'll like whatever you order. If you don't, send it back (in its original condition). As soon as we receive it, we'll refund your money by the method you used to pay. We don't refund shipping.

For custom costumes, we do not accept returns; we can do alterations if they don't fit.

Return Policy

We will gladly accept returns or exchanges on defective merchandise for the exact size and color. We will replace the item at no cost to you, including shipping. We do ask that you return the defective item to us so we can determine the cause of the failure. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item has failed due to abuse.

If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of product receipt and retain all packaging, we will promptly ship the correct item. You may ship the incorrect item back to us at our expense. Please contact us to acquire a shipping label.

Unwanted unopened merchandise (excluding Halloween Costumes and Accessories) may be returned for a refund or store credit within 14 days of purchase.. Shipping charges for these returns are the responsibility of the customer. All returns require pre-authorization. Please do not send back items without contacting us first, as we will have no idea why we are receiving the goods and you will likely be waiting a very long time to see any sort of credit or exchange and we have to let you know how to send it back. Return Refunds will be processed within 1 week of our receipt of your return..

Returned items and packaging must be in new / resalable / unaltered condition with no indications of use (which includes no odors such as body odor, perfume/cologne, smoke or any "freshener scent" and the item must not have been washed / cleaned).

New / Resalable / Unaltered / Non-Washed Returns communicated and shipped back to us within 24 hours of product receipt will receive a full merchandise refund. Tailored items are not included on this and doesn’t have any refund.

All damage claims also require a photograph of the damaged merchandise to be sent to us (which may be attached to subsequent emails).

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds will be issued within 1 business day of the merchandise arriving at our workshop.

Please note: returned merchandise must be in new, unused, resalable condition with all original packaging for a full merchandise refund.

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping cost are not refundable.

Anyway we will ask to the client to pay for the shipping back to us and we will pay for the shipping to send it back to the client.

In all of the cases, please wait until we give you the confirmation and how to send the item back.

Every personally identifiable information that we may collect will always be confidential and we will never share it with anyone else.

We do not sell any of your information to any third parties.

Action Costumes reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.


Can I buy from ActionCostumes.com by phone or an alternative method?

No, we do only receive orders by mail or using our web site.

Action Costumes uses email as the sole communication method related to your Order Status (this is to ensure a written history of our communication). Email will be used as the communication method even when the customer requests an alternate method of communication.


If I place my order today, when will I receive it?

The time it takes for you to receive your order depends on where you live and the production and delivery time of every items it’s specify in the description of it.

After that production time you will have to add the shipping time that could vary from 3 to 15 days depending where you live and the shipping method we use to send the package.

Please contact us before placing your order if you need an item for a specific day!


What is a Pre-order Item?

A pre-order is an order placed for an item which has not yet been released or made. The idea for pre-orders came when people found it hard to get popular, limited edition items in stores due to their popularity. Companies were then given the ability to allow people to reserve their own personal copy, before the release. Pre-orders allow consumers to reserve an item in advance of its release and also allow manufacturers to gauge how much demand there will be for an item.

In our store we call Pre-order items to the ones we produce but they will be made after the client place the order and some of them will be tailored made.

But we do always already build, at least on time, the costume that we offer and we have all the patterns and the experience to make them again every time we need them.


Free Shipping or Cheaper Shipping Cost

Action Costumes does not offer free shipping because there is no such thing. We ask you to compare our prices against those who claim to offer you free shipping and you will notice that they add the shipping costs into the price of the product. We would much rather provide you with great sale prices on the majority of our products than increase the product price to cover shipping.
