Mini Bill The Butcher Complete Costume for 1/3 Scale Display

This costume had been inspired in the character of “Bill the Butcher” of the  “Gangs of New York” Movie.

This is a 1/3 scale replica that was manufactured using the same materials than the original costume, but we reduced the leather parts or used special technics to make the materials look like the real ones.

The trench coat was made in real leather with bronze buttons made by our goldsmith.

The vest had parts of leather and fabric with buttons made in bronze and painted into our Workshop.

The shirt was made of sewn fabrics like the original one.

The Buttons of it had been made in plastic into our SFx workshop as well.

The Pants had been made of fabric and leather, with a button made of Bronze & painted.

Belt made of leather with the buckle made by our Goldsmith.

The shoes were made in real leather and real soles.

Color Belt had been made in canvas fabric painted into our workshop and with a thread ornament.

The Helmet had been made in real Leather and sewn by hand.

We also build a head that was only made in order we can work with the helmet over it and to give it the correct shape, it had a 1/3 scale than the real actor’s head.

The Galley was made in felt fabric using the same Classical manufacture technique of the real ones.

We made a Mini Galley last carve in wood that was detachable into itself to let us give the perfect shape to the Galley during the construction of it.  Than after we finished making this Gorgeous Galley we detached the Wooden Carve and get the final Galley.

After all this we gave to this Complete Costume the finish of worn and dirty into our own SFx workshop
